Students are required to earn twenty-one credits in order to graduate from St. Thomas More Academy.  Upon graduation, STMA seniors will have completed the following course of studies:

Religion: 4 years

Religion Subjects Covered:

  • Old Testament
  • New Testament
  • Church History
  • Trinity
  • Morality
  • Apologetics


English: 4 years

English Subjects Covered:

  • Grammar
  • Composition
  • Literature
  • Public Speaking
  • Drama

Social Studies 4 years

Social Studies Subjects:

  • World History (1 Year)
  • Government & Economics (One Semester Each)
  • American History (1 Year)
  • Sociology & Psychology (one Semester Each)


Science: 4 years

Science Subjects:

  • Physical Science

  • Chemistry

Mathematics: 4 years
